Nose: Raspberry, blackberry, clove, cedar and dark chocolate mocha with licorice, black tea and tobacco. Sweet beautiful oak. The nose is very complex and layered. Notes of blueberry and bottle brush flower – from the Malbec. Palate: Great depth and structure. Stays on the palate a long time. This seem to be the Stephanie Red Wine trait.
